Looking for technical and organization improvements. Also doing the implantation were possible. Highlight was improving timber drying results but also in woodprocessing like moulding and fingerjointing.

Responsible for the entire production of mainly metal and glass partitions. It concerns the production, planning, resource management and quality system.

Member MT. Responsible for Production (mechanical wood-processing), Yard (storage, logistics and drying chambers stearing included, also steamdrying) and Technical Services (maintenance machinery, forklifts, tools and buildings) and Business Office.Other tasks:Development and purchase new equipment.Purchase of machine parts, third party services (grinding, maintenance, transportation, inspections), consumables (packaging, PPE, tools) and energy.Human Resources (including absenteeism, case management, training, jobinterviews, hiring and dismissal procedures).Software (Ridder R8/ERP, Crystal Reports, Excel, Visual Basics, Word, Bar code). Set up costing and planning systems, inventory and data analysis.Quality-management (ISO 9001), Working circumstances, Environment (waste, municipal permits and inspections) and First Aid.Designing, procuring and coordinating (new) construction and renovation building projects.

Member of the Technical Affairs Section of the Association of Dutch Timber Traders (VVNH) in Almere, which since 2006 as chairman.Section covers technical topics for members (over 100 companies).

Member MT.Responsible for Production and Development of the paper honeycomb and implementing and maintaining ISO 9001.Sales (field) in the Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia.Purchase of raw materials (paper and glue) and packaging materials.

Responsible for the marketing and development of electrically conductive nonwovens with applications in cable and plastics industries.

Engaged in the development and application of technical nonwovens, especially in the plastics industry.

Classified as Reserve Officer Academic Formed. In this function, engaged in technical research and automation (DBase III). Rewarded with a special bonus.
