Assign to Miami‐Dade Water and Sewer Department (MD‐WASD) for assisting in the implementation of Program Management Office (PMO) under the Capital Improvement Program (CIP).• Assist in implementation of new processes and procedures improvement.• Created framework, workflows, configuration tables and reports for better understanding of processesand procedures.• Coordinate and facilitate meetings and interviews with different processes stake holders at WASD to document as‐is and WASD needs.• Developed training session Presentations for Processes developed to the client.• Developed Processes and Procedure manuals for the following:i. Schedule Management: This Schedule Management Manual emphasizes standard practices for delivering the CIP and related projects. The manual describes the program requirements and provides day‐to‐day guidelines that are to be applied by personnel engaged directly in CIP work and by individuals leading it.ii. Scope Development & Design Management: Procedural guidance, technical steps, and design requirements for advancing projects through the project scoping stage of the project development process are outlined in this manual. Also, it addresses factors, e.g., scope modification, consultant and outside agency involvement, and the level of public involvement, that may impact the development of a project.iii. Cost and Budget Management: Manual defines budget, cost and funding management processes for the CIP Divisions and Sections by providing information regarding, how budgets are established and managed on a regular basis throughout the program and related project’s life.• Worked on e‐builder during the first phase implementation for Design Review, Pre‐Bid Package, Permit Tracker, Request for Information, Daily Inspection Report, Risk Management processes and Obtained knowledge on how to operate and use the tool to create and edit processes.
