In a time-pressured, highly sensitive and controversial environment, I delivered foundational research to inform the 12 month go-to-launch plan for a new tool that would better serve 4 key user groups as we migrated off 3rd party software. I presented the research to HR SVP Beth Galetti, a direct report of CEO Jeff Bezos at the time.
