I am a Chartered Civil Engineer registered with the Engineering Council in the UK and a licensed Professional Engineer in Bermuda, registered with the Professional Engineers Registration Council. I am also a Project Management Professional, certified through the Project Management Institute. As a problem solver with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, I have worked as a project manager, structural designer and site engineer for various projects up to US$ 70 million. I build bridges, not only connecting communities but also connecting disciplines. Throughout my professional career, I’ve developed the skill to communicate complex data from tech teams to executives successfully. In my opinion, strong communication is the catalyst for success; as a business-driven individual, I am always looking to strengthen connections to grow a sustainable team or company. I consider myself a lifelong learner, constantly refining my knowledge and approach to problem-solving. I encourage and develop future generations of engineers; as the Bermuda Representative for the Institution of Civil Engineers, I aim to raise awareness of the profession and provide guidance to prospective and existing engineers where possible.
