In early 2020, I spent five weeks in Kenya and Tanzania studying rural entrepreneurship.

Created and taught a graduate-level course in food entrepreneurship, which engaged leaders from brand-name companies (e.g., Impossible Foods, Kellogg’s, Cargill, Biena, Spindrift). I also served as faculty advisor to MBA students conducting independent research into new food products and services.

Food Sol, a nationally-recognized, first-of-its-kind food entrepreneurship program, gave thousands of people direct access to a specialized network of food professionals and deep sector learning.
