• Conducted initial consultations, health history questionnaires, physical activity readiness questionnaires, and provide fitness assessments• Planned, organized, and presented free information sessions on various health and wellness seminars• Assessed body composition testing with BIA devices and skinfold measurements• Met regularly with clients, wrote programs, and created and implemented exercise plans• Helped clients with various diseases (morbid obesity, Muscular Dystrophy, COPD) and implemented personal programs, help them set and reach realistic fitness goals

Completed a 200+ hour internship with the Athletic Trainers within the Sports Medicine Dept. at SIUE. Learned and led various activities to test athletes' muscular imbalance, electronic concussion testing, stimulation and ice bath therapy, as well as finalized, filed and organized contractual agreements between athletes and SIUE. Proficient with keeping, updating and organizing inventory of stock and maintaining a clean and sterile environment.
