This growing group of sophisticated professionals, the result of a massive enterprise reorganization I co-lead, is comprised of subject matter leaders specializing in business planning & analysis and strategic growth strategies. This groups single purpose is to drive Realogy's franchisees growth trajectory for greater success. In the first full year of operation, the franchisees with whom we worked grew 2x the rate of other franchisees while providing at NPS of over +60; scores that far exceeded planned goals.

This production was ahead of plan and at a level not achieved in the 7 preceding years. This success was the result of a strong team with a greater strategic focus and enhanced collaboration among all stakeholders; stakeholders that were both internal corporate operations and external with existing franchisees.

Successfully reorganized both the franchise operations and servicing teams of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. The changes netted an overall service satisfaction rating that improved nearly 10 basis points while supporting a sales organization that achieved sales results allowing BHGRE to surpass all other full service real estate franchise start-ups; including several that had existed for years. Additionally, the team deployed key settlement services and relocation alliances to the BHGRE franchise network which allowed break-even financial results quicker than originally planned.

Charged with the creation of a specific financial business unit designed to serve the unique mortgage, title, and insurance needs of Weichert’s independently owned and operation franchise operations; Weichert Real Estate Affiliates. Responsibilities include all strategic planning and execution, creation of new business unit, development of nationwide sales force, formation of all cross sell strategies, and all product development for specific needs of a franchised organization. Results included increased capture of mortgages by 47% and improved corporate referral business increased 21%.

Promoted to this newly created position to build the internal and external sales, marketing, communication, and training group. In a two-year period, these 20+ new team members grew capture rate of title products to over 35% residential purchase mortgage. This success was achieved by employing new sales strategies designed to transcend traditional settlement services products and services and engage in a more client centric brand extension methodology. This highly visible position provided a model and framework that other divisions within the company ultimately emulated.

Reengineered a traditional procurement group into a smaller team of dynamic industry professionals who proactively sought strategic partnerships to augment company assets in the pursuit of executing against a core business strategy. This former cost center was modified to a profit center and generated over $5MM in revenue annually from partnership fees alone while ensuring service excellence for all stakeholders. This team’s success allowed the company to bring a significant strategy to market and increase the franchisee sales team’s success nearly 70%.

Appointed to this newly created position to create a nationwide referral network designed bridge GMAC’s automotive and real estate networks to improve GMAC’s overall share of customer. This highly collaborative position helped drive various mid-western regional marketing strategies that resulted in the cross selling of auto and home ownership. An approach and model that was emulated in various markets across America.
