Randy Scheid's passion for creating positive social impact led him to create RGS Partners Consulting.With over 25 years of dedication to mission-oriented groups serving as his foundation, Randy is a well-respected and sought after leader and influencer in the philanthropic and charitable sectors. Having served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Quantum Foundation for over 11 years, he now heads his consulting firm, RGS Partners Consulting full time. As the Chief Strategy Officer of Quantum Foundation, the largest healthcare foundation in Palm Beach County, Randy shaped and guided strategies that improved the lives of countless Palm Beach County residents. Under his leadership, Quantum Foundation became a force for good in the region, developing noted initiatives to maximize the philanthropic impact of the foundation. Well known for creating and promoting unique solutions in the fields of mental and behavioral health, technology, access to primary care, the health professions, and the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) sphere, Randy’s efforts are recognized by the philanthropic community on a state and national level. His works have been published in the Journal of Computer Science and he is a trusted resource, speaker, advisor and mentor for trade associations and Universities. Originally established in 2009, RGS Partner Consultants is the culmination of Randy’s education, experience, and expertise. Here, he and his team advise leaders of nonprofit and philanthropic agencies, addressing their most pressing issues while offering proven and scalable solutions through strategic planning, program development and program evaluation. Working with a network of highly skilled partners, RGS Partners delivers tailored and actionable strategies to their clients. They bring domain expertise in multiple fields, including education, health, climate change and human resources. With proven success as an entrepreneur, Randy has started both nonprofit and for-profit ventures. His entrepreneurial mindset has led to the development and implementation of multiple new initiatives and verticals within existing organizations.Randy holds degrees from Ohio State University and a Master’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University. Living in Jupiter, Fl with his family, Randy supports the work of a Florida-based client network. In addition, he serves in volunteer roles with multiple local non-profits and as a volunteer advisor with the Palm Beach County chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
