Got the opportunity to lead the setup phase and initial ramp up of distribution business for Paytm. Key deliverables : 1. Licensing with IRDAI to get distribution license2. Partnership with insurance companies to sell insurance on Paytm and commercial negotiations3. Built teams across business, product, tech, compliance, CST, operations4. Designed the new placement web portal used by over 1000 students and more than 100 companies every year for hiring from IIM Calcutta.
