Assisted 200 students with academic related issues such as University or college/school policies and procedures, course selection, supplemental instruction, registration, graduation application, financial aid, scholarship opportunities/processes, certification programs, assistantships, internships, and/or job skill development.Reviewed and maintained student records including coordinating input, evaluating transcripts, applications for admission, graduation requirements, undergraduate minor course requirements, job placement activities, and/or generating reports.

Managed over 900 records for veterans & dependents attending Auburn Universityunder VA Benefits, and brought $10M in annual funding from various GI Bill programs,Federal Tuition Assistance, and State Dependent GI Scholarship programs. Acted asdirect liaison between Department of Veterans Affairs and recipients of benefits, toinclude active duty, guard, reserve, veteran, and dependent students at AuburnUniversity. Conducted briefs concerning general and specific guidelines regarding new participantsof VA programs, designed informative sessions for the public to highlight the services andprogramming the Veterans Resource Center offered to military-connected students.Led presentations to incoming active duty, guard, reserve, veteran, and dependentstudents regarding the Veterans Resource Center, VA Benefits, and Auburn University.
