Duties:  Established a national accounts program for a group of independent distributors across Canada. Grew from $0 to over $30 million under contract within 9 years with major accounts including Alcoa, Alcan, PPG, AbitibiBowater, Labatts, Bombardier Transport, MAXX, and St Lawrence Cement/Holcim. Implemented an ecommerce system to file transfer, providing single invoicing and electronic catalogues while linking a wide variety of major software packages and purchasing portals. Developed a cost saving program for customers and trained members sales staff on the application and managing of the program Assisted in the planning and implementation of the bi-annual member meeting held in different locations around the country. Participated in the recruitment, sales to and training of new members for the association. Provided liaison with other purchasing co-operatives in the USA
