Managed voice and data communications for a branch network of 2000+ locations and telecom expenditures. Create, analyze, and provide Recommendations for RFP for voice and data services. Responsible for the conversion of voice and data service for acquisitions. Managed vendor relationships for voice and data provisioning. Created Disaster Recovery Plan for Voice and Data systems. Provisioning of hybrid PBX and key systems provisioning of toll free Service.Key Projects- Deployed Hosted IP Centrex branch solution of over 10,000 SIP phones. This included the implementation of 3rd party firewall, high-speed core circuits, EF on data circuits and the necessary changes on branch routers including QOS, VLAN and POE.- Assisted in building an IT infrastructure to accommodate a new business contact center supporting over 1,500 call center agents. This included the build out of the computer room data network, racks, Unix servers, Wintel servers, PBX, Voicemail, Dialer, and agent recording solutions.- Consolidated 18,500 Branch PSTN lines into wholesaler resulting in $2M savings to the business.- Collaborated on the design of a comprehensive monthly capacity analysis report for (40) Citigroup North America Call centers. This included port, license, and circuit utilization by voice systems (PBX, Dialer, and Voice recorder)
