Operations Manager
CurrentManages the allocation and optimization of a 350-person workforce through strategic planning, forecasting, and process improvements to ensure projects are efficiently staffed and aligned with client expectations and company objectives.Resource Management & Planning:- Oversee resource allocation to meet and exceed client needs.- Collaborate with program directors to allocate resources based on project requirements, timelines, and skill sets.- Develop and maintain resource management plans to ensure efficient allocation across projects.Forecasting & Risk Management:- Forecast resource needs by analyzing project pipelines and anticipated demands.- Provide insights on resource availability and potential conflicts to aid in scheduling and prioritization.- Identify skill gaps or shortages, working with the SVP of Operations to proactively address them, minimizing disruptions and ensuring continuity.Reporting & Analytics:- Track and report on resource allocation, utilization, and availability.- Generate detailed reports on resource performance, capacity, and trends for stakeholders.- Develop key metrics and insights to guide strategic resource planning.Financial Management:-Align staffing with revenue and pipeline across account groups.Leadership & Development:- Act as the primary contact for resource-related inquiries, fostering transparent communication among stakeholders.- Communicate and align teams on resource changes, conflicts, and availability updates.- Foster a supportive work environment aligned with project needs, company goals, and employee development.Process Optimization & Efficiency:- Analyze and improve operational processes to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and boost productivity.
