Under my leadership, my team successfully created a cloud-based, microservice infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and implemented a technology stack built on React and Node.js. We utilized infrastructure-as-code principles with Terraform. In addition to several tactical technology advancements, our team also developed a cutting-edge digital quoting experience and implemented a new CRM system. Recruited to coordinate and collaborate with distributed and matrixed teams across the business and IT organization to deliver and implement new commercial insurance offerings and capabilities and play a critical role in the organization's Agile transformation journey. Implemented and scaled lean start-up Agile delivery model that enabled flexibility to support a very dynamic environment where business priority tradeoffs were being made daily in order to meet the technology needs of new and existing B2B partnerships. Delivered a new fully digital commercial auto product leveraging an existing technology stack with extensive API integrations. Participated in the selection of the new Guidewire PaaS technology platform to support the longer-term commercial insurance product and technology strategy.
