Worked a short term impactful project for a Fortune 500 Company as a Senior Design Consultant. Developed a new 1 time training course which communicated change of their processes and the way they would conduct business in the future.This was a brand new training program for the organization in which I utilized ADDIE and traditional design processes to produce the final materials for this initiative. This training assisted the organization in dramatically increasing their productivity while improving efficiency and cutting expenses.

Retired honorably from the US Navy in 1997. Left as a Chief Petty Officer holding several roles with the service. Worked as an Interior Communications Elecrician, Electrician, Master Training Specialist at the Surface Warfare Officers School, Navy Recruiter and Equal Opportunity Officer. Earned multiple Navy Commendation and Achievement medals during my terms.
