I represent management in disputes with labor unions, such as union organizing and decertification campaigns, alleged unfair labor practice charges, strikes and secondary boycotts, injunctions, union jurisdictional disputes, and successor employer claims. Over the last 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with many top U.S. companies on high-profile cases and campaigns, and I have enjoyed collaborating with organizations of all sizes in developing labor relations strategies related to new facilities, plant closings and consolidations, as well as during acquisitions and divestitures.In addition to my work in labor-management relations, I handle wage and hour matters, employment discrimination claims, and restrictive covenant cases. My family and I enjoy the Southern outdoors, especially hiking, hunting, and fishing, but they merely tolerate my passion for Ole Miss football.
