Conduct initial screening to assess the qualification of each candidates for different industry as Healthcare,Hospitality, Construction,Oil and Gas Industry from skilled workers to high skilled professionals.

Supervise the recruitment team and implement strategies and plans for effective recruitment, in order to meet all clients requirement for placing. Develop and update the recruitment process, procedures and documentation and implement changes to achieve cost effectiveness and speed such as an updated database of candidates. Company advertisements in various appropriate media, internet websites and networking within industry for effective response. Generate and implement innovative and resourceful means to source candidates directly as far as possible, thus ensuring better control over costs and quality. Aim towards minimum lead-time in the process from vacancy identification to actual recruitment. Interviews candidates by phone and face to face for initial screening and select best qualified and present to hiring Manager a short list. Oversees all Recruitment Officers projects. Coordinates with PESO office for Provincial Activities, Jobs fair and for any recruitment activities.Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates. Prepares candidates for interview by providing detailed information of the company, department background, job description, and expectation-setting. Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates. Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers. Extends offer of employment to selected candidates. Manages the presentation, selection offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative component involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
