My role in koinworks is consist of multiple role including- lead small teams of accountant in assisting monthly closing process of financial statement both on and off balance sheets- prepare regulatory reporting on monthly basis to OJK-improve closing process that reduces closing timeframe from 1 month to only 5 days from financial statement to management report- perform improvement on collecting and reviewing exisiting accounting data which manage double quality of our financial statement by providing better disclosure- design and implement accounting treatment for new business model including analysis to existing accounting standards, working papers and reconcilations- analyze company performance on both subsidiaries level and consolidated statement that provide better insight for management- assist management and company to re evaluate and re migrate the existing accounting software- create and provide performance dashboard per entity and per products on daily basis using bigquery and data analytics tools

During my period as auditor I manage to complete 14 audit engagement with 8 different client and focus on several industries including construction, manufacture and shipping company. Financial and accounting ERP implementor responsible to provide business solution to the client trough the use of ERP software specialized in accounting sections. My job as an implementor is not solely focus on the implementation of certain projects to the client, but also helping the research and development (RnD) team to develop the ERP system. During the period I was able to finisih 3 full cycle implementation, 4 annual accounting closing, several enhancement and system changes and also help to detect a bug in the system related to journal entry posting and costing calculation while also provide solution related those bug.This are the details of my responsibility as ERP Implementor :1. Integrating the ERP best practices into the current client business process and vice versa2. Designing a business process flow for client and its implementation into the ERP system3. Creating, submitting and explain the business process blue print trough the use of flow chart.4. Migrating client data and make sure the financial statement were correct and accurate.5. Analyze, suggest and update client chart of account (COA) to make sure that the all journal entry are properly recorded and auditable.6. Assist client accounting period closing and having inquiries with the client auditor related update to the system and system accounting flowchart. 7. Conducting research on the PSAK regulation to make sure that the system are in accordance with the current accounting standards.
