My role was to develop strategies and partnerships with payroll providers to enhance Finicity’s verification footprint in the mortgage space. Finicity's open banking platform delivers GSE-approved, accurate verifications in a streamlined, one-touch consumer experience.

Retired as Vice President Sales - Equifax Workforce Solutions, a business unit of Equifax. In my final position I developed and began execution of the go-to-market strategy for international expansion (Canada, UK, Aus, India) of the employment verification service, The Work Number®.Selected in 2005 by TALX CEO to develop, lead, manage and grow a US targeted sales (hunter) team, focused on growing our leading service branded The Work Number®. First year's growth in this newly formed sales vertical was 257% and exceeding sales targets YoY thereafter. This team closed business with the nation’s largest employers, including Fortune 100-500, government (federal, state & local).
