My team is responsible for the control system of a Multi-Beam Mask Writer capable of writing sub-10nm masks used in the production of integrated circuits.Since joining the team I've improved the planning and work management processes to help give everyone in the team visibility of the work that has to be done, is in progress and what has been done. Base's core product was an Intelligent Sales Productivity Platform.I was hired to build and lead a new product team doing full stack webdevelopment, focused on Python on the backend and HTML, CSS and Javascript onthe frontend. The multiple product teams coordinated to deliver the CRM systemusing a microservices architecture. This feature allowed customers to generate custom views of their data with arbitrary sorting and filtering, all synced across multiple platforms and devices.

Headed our team in the development of a data extraction and analysis software. At the time the project consisted of a parallel web-crawler, several parsers, an automated page classifier, relevant text extractor, and full-text search database. The database was then exposed by a JSON web service and a web application for user queries.Our team focused on good development practices such as automated testing (and TDD), used Git and GitHub for version control, cool things like Python, SQLite, MongoDB, ...I was also in charge for planning sprints and milestones for the project.
