Building on the Trust's successes to date and leveraging the support available from Trustees, colleagues and existing supporters to meet our ambitions to increase income annually to support the development and growth of the Trust. My responsibilities also encompass leadership of the Trust's Impact Evaluation framework, Theory of Change and Analysis of Need process. This leads into new programme development and oversight of the Trust's reporting.I work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to build an exciting and innovative comms plan as well as direct the fundraising and stakeholder messaging for all collateral and external communications.

Also provide oversight and development for the national volunteering programme at the RNRMC. I work across all income streams as appropriate including Corporate, Individual Giving, Regular Giving and Major Gifts. My responsibilities included strategic fundraising development including ROI assessment, creating and monitoring departmental budgets, fundraising health check and deputising for the Director where required.

The Royal Navy and Royal Marine's Charity is the principal Charity of the Senior Service. The Charity exists to ensure that our sailors, marines, and their families are valued and supported for life.As part of the Charity's busy fundraising team based at its offices in Portsmouth, this role has seen me develop new areas of income in the Wales and Western England region as well as re-launch our National volunteering programme. As a Regional Fundraiser, I have a focus on maximising engagement with the charity’s supporters from within the Naval Service and affiliated groups, the wider public and corporate sector in the Wales and Western England region (matching the region of the Naval Regional Command structure).In my first year I have developed and re-written the Charity's policies and procedures surrounding the volunteering programme. Ensuring that the Charity follows best practice and has suitable governance in place as well as providing an inspiring, exciting environment for our volunteers. Our volunteers come from all walks of life and from across the country - by providing a central point of advice my role has enabled those in the Charity who work alongside volunteers, to make the most of the support they offer. As well as taking regional oversight, this role supports and leads on enhancing and progressing new and existing revenue streams including a busy portfolio of community and regional events as well as encouraging corporate support. I also regularly speak on behalf of the Charity at a variety of events where I am able to be a first point of contact for those who want to know more about what we do.

Working across the Just International (Global) portfolio with particular focus on the national Cathedral Innovation Centres and the International Young Leaders Network and Leaders2Come. Other clients include All Party Parliamentary Group for International Freedom of Religion or Belief, Young Rewired State, University groups, think-tanks and other social enterprises. Acting as an ambassador and representative of the organisation, particularly supporting the Director.Developing projects designed to enhance and promote the work of the CIC network including the re-launch of a portfolio of leadership programmes.

Whilst working for the wonderful Children on the Edge, I not only got to know about some of the most incredible communities on earth but also really grew to understand the importance of relational communication.My particular responsibilities included assisting the Office Manager on day-to-day administration, looking after the charity's supporters, helping with communications and developing a schools pack as part of a wider schools project. I also worked on corporate fundraising with key corporate supporters and was part of the Chichester Half Marathon team.
