Primarily involved in outdoor music event build up & load in / load out & breakdown as well as installations carried out at Dublin Airport, 3Arena and Galway International Arts Festival.Tasked with the following;Meet with or at least notify sub-contractors individually as they are nominated, of their safety responsibility prior to them coming to site and reviewing their Risk Assessments and Method Statements for their respective works.Liaise with main personnel ( Site manager, Medic, Foreperson, Grounds person and others ) from all the contractors on a regular basis to review progress and plan ahead.Provide short safety induction training and sign in procedure for contractors and others that will be attending site for build & strike, covering site rules, site procedures / protocols and any other important information required.Check once onsite contractors are working in a safe manor, have suitable accreditation in accordance with their method statement observing Health & Safety standards plus safe conduct of working in general by their site teams.Acting as the site point of contact and assisting the PSCS when dealing with statutory authorities enquiries as well as any emergency services events.Ensure any accidents are properly recorded and reported where necessary and action taken to reduce risk of reoccurrence

Lubumbashi Drc

Responsible for the planning, development and management of the Malabar abnormal transport fleet operations in order to best suit clients requirements. Fleet consisted of 15 trucks split between DRC & Zambia. Manage a team of 35 in Lubumbashi DRC and 5 based in Kitwe Zambia.Monitor and execute logistics support for Malabar warehousing activities, plus heavy and light vehicle garage maintenance operations plus purchase and disposal of heavy / light vehicle /mechanical handling equipment. Ensure our Acid Spill Intervention response team are all compliant and up to date on training and equipment to be available to deploy 24/7. Oversee core sample mineral exports department to ensure seamless transfer of client's samples worldwide for lab analysis. Manage Control Malabar DRC IT Field Engineer's to roll out VSAT and BGAN Sat Comms systems in partnership with our provider Marlink AS based in Norway.

Installation of all fuel bladders once berm solution completed.Civil works for fuel offloading area and liaison with engineering department for pump skid equipment under EHS guidelines.Civil works and site planning with contractors building permanent fuel storage and emergency water suppression system.Coordinated milestone control meetings between customer Senelec and Bureau VeritasArranged all stage payments for contractors

Liaise with our logistics department in Jacksonville for timed deliveries of Generators and associated equipmentsEnsured all site contractors provided stage payment documented invoices for approval from our accounts payable in the US.

Co-ordinator at United Nations mission to Haiti ( Minustah ) to assist in administering a temporary power solution for 24 months to provide it's 30 locations with reliable power, using diesel generation. This involved a comprehensive $23 million turnkey operation including all infrastructure to deliver 100% availability of power / manpower and fuel supply to all sites.
