MeraDoctor connected patients across India with MBBS doctors online to get quick, affordable medical advice. My product responsibilities included understanding users and interpreting data to design a mobile application that served over 350,000 patients. My operations responsibilities included managing a team of doctors and customer service agents to handle over 1,200 daily consultations. I also initiated partnerships with insurance, pharma and phone companies to scale to 1.5M+ potential users.

SLT uses a proprietary anti-microbial textile to manufacture products that prevent the spread of infection in India. As a founding member, I was responsible for validating the efficacy of the technology, designing products and exploring sales opportunities.

As a Consultant in Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice, I specialized in projects in the Life Sciences & Health Care industry. My assignments included a new commercial strategy for the pharmaceutical division of a $150B+ global conglomerate, a revised global operating strategy for the Basic Research division of a $40B+ pharmaceutical company, and a rebranding and improved fundraising strategy for a US health aid organization.
