YOGA HIGHLIGHTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS1998 - 2013 * Yoga is a life passion and with my personal expertise, I can reach out to a great variety ofpeople, ages, and levels of physical abilities! It is a blessing to be able to meet people where they are at in their life and assist them to live healthy and happy.• I began practicing yoga seventeen years ago. I have continued to teach Yoga as a full time profession and service for fifteen years.• I currently teach the following yoga classes: “Power Yoga”, “Slow Flow Yoga”, “Restore Yoga & Meditation”, for the Central YMCA and “Gentle Yoga” for the North YMCA, in Spokane. I also teach Baron Baptisteʼs hot style of “Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga” at Yarrow Hot Yoga Studioin Spokane.• Professionally, I am certified as a Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Instructor and Yoga Alliance certified: RYT - 200 hours & E-RYT - 200 hours.• While teaching Power Vinyasa Yoga in Philadelphia, I was honored with the Award: “Best of Philly” Yoga Instructor 2002, Philadelphia Best of Life Magazine. • Another highlight of my career as a yoga teacher, was being invited by Baron Baptiste to teach in his Boston studios. Over the next eight years, I facilitated and created content for these yoga workshops: “Foundations of Flow”, “Deepening Your Practice”, “Pranayama and Flow” and many of Baron Baptisteʼs, “40 Days to Personal Transformation” programs.• I recently returned to my home town of Spokane, WA to be closer to my family, helpmy parents out and share my love, experience and passion for Yoga with anyone andeveryone, here in Spokane!
