Planned more than 60 donor-related events around the world as well as major campus for Colgate alumni, parents, and students including Family Weekend, Entrepreneur Weekend, and Global Leaders Lecture Series. Off-campus events included stewardship/cultivation, recent-alumni engagement, career networking, donor recognition, presidential travel, faculty talks, presidential inauguration, campaign events, and more. Events ranged from intimate 15 person dinners with the university president in LA, to a 500 person sit down dinner and auction in New York City, to an admission tour in China to a 5,000 person lecture with special guests such as Hillary Clinton and President Bill Clinton on campus.On-campus events include dedications for building/facilities, scholarship donors and recipients, and endowed chair positions as well as three major weekends: Family Weekend, Global Leaders at Colgate, and Entrepreneur Weekend. Planned more than 50 alumni, parent and student off campus and campus events annually. In my tenure at Colgate as Associate Director, I planned one presidential inauguration, four years of campaign related events (consultative dinners, kick-offs, celebrations, and galas), numerous dedications for new buildings on campus and endowed chairs, executed the first Presidents' Club live and silent auction (four years consecutively), and launched Global Leaders at Colgate lectures bringing well known speakers to campus such as His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Tony Blair, General Powell and more.

Planned exhibition openings, cultivation and membership recruitment programs/events, and fundraisers such as auctions, galas and receptions. Managed more than 20 museum rentals including weddings and corporate events each year. Developed and organized a museum program called Artist Studio Series as well as securing corporate sponsorship to underwrite the event costs. Local artists opened their private studios for museum guests to watch live demonstration of their work.
