- Interviewed 30+ stakeholders and analyzed time studies and historical data to improve traveltime between item picks by 14% and increase speed of delivery to guest- Guided development of optimization simulation to minimize distance between item picks insemi-unconstrained system environment; results indicated initial improvement of pick cycletime by 21%, ultimately leading to annual savings of $2.5M-$3M across FC network
