I have spent over 10 years working in customer service in some degree. I worked for a large nationwide retail chain for 5 years, and I worked as a customer service representative for a major U.S. airline for a year before transitioning to the role of flight attendant for the same airline. As a frontline employee my role is to provide excellent customer service, while being aware of safety at all times, and being prepared to react instantly to any potential threats to security, safety, and health of both crew and passengers, both in the air and on the ground. In all of my roles, I have quickly become known as someone that can be relied upon to take initiative on any task put in front of me no matter how difficult. My skills include providing excellent Customer Service, a strong work ethic, and creative problem solving abilities.
