As an independent consultant, Rhea helps companies in the education, healthcare, and sustainability sectors to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth. She collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to launch innovative products that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. She leverages her diverse background in marketing, entrepreneurship, and technology to identify problems and opportunities and implement solutions that drive growth and efficiency.Rhea is also the co-founder and former CEO of The Switch Fix, a sustainable personal care brand that aims to create a healthier and more eco-friendly world. She led the product development, project management, business development, fundraising, and customer relations aspects of the venture. She was recognized as one of 92 women out of 25 countries leading climate tech. Rhea holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Delhi. She is passionate about design, innovation, and strategy, and enjoys painting, yoga, learning about psychology and philosophy, and volunteering for causes she cares about.
