Currently seeking research opportunities, feel free to connect!I am a senior undergraduate student at the University of Maryland, College Park majoring in Physiology and Neurobiology, also minoring in Business Analytics. I am Co-Director of Community Outreach in UMD's chapter of the Kidney Disease Screening and Awareness Program and also volunteer at a local pregnancy clinic that serves underserved minority women, both of which have motivated me to advocate for underrepresented and disadvantaged populations in healthcare. My research positions in Dr. Tracy Riggins' Neurocognitive Development Lab at UMD and in Dr. Aristeidis Sotiras' Medical Imaging and Data Science Lab have strengthened my skills in programming, scientific writing and presentation, and collaboration and motivate me to continue making research a part of my future as a physician. After graduating I aim to do clinical research before applying to medical school.
