Then, learning about accounting, Overdrive developped solutions to automate the sales entry into Quickbooks, saving about 12h a month of manual data entry. Lastly, after forming a partnership with my CTO, we developed personalized live dashboards for managers of the restaurants to allow them to have incentivized bonuses on their sales performance.In production since January 2019, the 6 stores are experiencing a cumulative growth of over 11% compare to 2018.Proving the concept, we are now developing a generic product for the entire Jimmy John’s franchise system wanting to present our solutions at the Jimmy John’s convention this February 2020 at Las Vegas.
