Job Description:Lead a team of programmers in delivering on-time and scalable AV Control System to clients using AMX Controllers and other devices (Extron, Kramer, and Crestron).Participate in Testing and Commissioning of AV Control Systems.Prepare test cases and other reports as required.Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings locally and abroad and establishing personal networks.Keeps equipment operational by calling for repairs; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; evaluating new equipment.Conducts staff evaluation and performance appraisal.Conducts user training and write user manuals of systems developed.
