I love digging into data and using it to discover alternative solutions and methods for optimizing products and team workflows. I have created new systems, roadmaps, and strategies that have increased sales revenue and productivity. When current processes are not optimal, I focus on strengthening cross-departmental communications by negotiating for solutions that work best for all parties involved. I thrive in fast-paced environments that allow for creative solutions and big ideas to be fostered. Prior to analyzing data for B2B and B2C sales teams, I worked on ensuring the sales success of four new products launched at a start-up. I have also worked on constructing strategies to support outside decision-makers in order to maintain retention and increase membership growth. Before that, I served as a program coordinator at a national non-profit organization that focuses on increasing voter turnout. Outside of work, I serve as the co-founder of the #IAm Project (www.iamstemproject.org), a scholarship and mentorship program committed to empowering women of color to succeed in STEM fields. In my free time you can find me outside training for another half-marathon or enjoying a nice day at the park with my dog.
