I provide strategic support for large-scale mental health projects, assisting organisations to build capacity to deliver best practice health services and evaluation processes. I take a deeply analytical approach to my work, making data-driven decisions to achieve success in complex health environments.Alongside this, I facilitate interactive and informative workshop experiences.

As the first full-time employee of Kai Fella, I was responsible for the development, implementation and training of our Logistics, Marketing and Facilitation processes. Alongside this I was responsible for the recruiting, training and quality control for our team of Facilitators.

As WA's Lead Facilitator, I worked with over 10,000 men and boys in schools, community organisations and sporting clubs. Workshops were an environment where men could explore life beyond the stereotype, and develop the emotional muscle necessary to deal with challenging situations.I also oversaw and managed the training and development needs of a team of Six Facilitators.

As the State Manager I was solely responsible for building relationships with schools and key personnel across the state and growing the reach of our program to more schools and students in WA.Over the course of this period I grew the reach of the program by 400%.I was responsible for the growth, training and quality control of a team of 5 new Facilitators.

Completed strategic analysis of $100 million portfolio of international mental health projectsAdvised on strategic direction for the Mental Health & Suicide Prevention global strategyWorked in collaboration with major Universities, Indigenous Health Institutes and national TV broadcasters on national mental health projects.

Oversaw the implementation and evaluation of the Foundation's $40 Million portfolio of mental health projects in Australia and New Zealand. Developed and implemented impact evaluation strategies for mental health and prostate cancer projects in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore.Completed national media interviews for TV, radio and print.

Conducted structured qualitative interviews with individuals who had experienced a recent traumatic injury.

Designed and authored suicide prevention training modules for rural clinicians, as a part of the WHO Mental Health initiative (mhGAP) Authored the 2012 review of the southern hemisphere influenza season - describing the chronology, severity and virology of influenza virus epidemiology globally.

Coordinated all medical and emergency services for the 60+ person mine site in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Coordinated high level care for critically ill patients in the Coronary Care Unit.
