As per University of Mount Union's Website:Rhett De Pol is in his first year as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Mount Union.De Pol was a three-year letterwinner and an All-American this past season(2014) for a nationally ranked Salisbury (Md.) University team that advanced to the NCAA Division III National Championship game. De Pol led the Sea Gulls in scoring with 73 points (36G, 37A). A native of Chester, Maryland, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury.
