Achievements• Provided design and project management for a successful launch of a complex IFS ERP system for a newly built $75M manufacturing facility in Northern China, and seamlessly integrated the disparate planning, procurement and production processes used in various departments into a unified whole.• Independently conceptualized, designed and developed an enterprise system to automate the previously manual capital expense request processing system, deployed in 4 continents, accommodating $500M in requests, and accessed by 20 business units comprising 400+ users. Quickly came up to speed on development in a codeless environment using SharePoint Designer Workflows and InfoPath Forms to create the highly successful system. • Enhanced efficiency and performance by automating the vendor approval/provisioning process for 15 Asian business entities, encompassing multiple currencies and >100 monthly vendor requests. Performed all facets of systems analysis, design and development utilizing SharePoint and InfoPath.• Development and implemented a number of ServiceNow solutions and workflows, including an employee provisioning and termination system, implemented globally and used daily by a $1B business unit.• Earned recognition from senior management for consistent on-time, on budget delivery of innovative solutions based on system analysis prowess combined with expert mapping of business processes to system functionality.

Managed all facets of software, hardware and infrastructure design, development and maintenance, supervising 4 direct reports and liaising with up to 4 consultants. Utilized the Progress Relational Database and 4GL to perform business analysis, system design and application development. Orchestrated and monitored system upgrades. Wrote the company software development life cycle document and ensured strict adherence to all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
