With Genesys finalizing the recent acquisition of Bold360 I have been brought on to start the Renewal Manager position for this new line of business renamed as Genesys DX. I am responsible for all aspects of the renewal process. Working on getting quoting opportunities prepped 150 days prior to renewal. Working with internal teams to ensure quote accuracy.
