* Responsible to oversee all IT-related requests within the Asian Region (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Philippines) and complete these requests within their SLA’s.* Work closely with both local support resources, vendors and the HQ IT team (Australia) to deploy, manage and support the in-store and Distribution Center IT systems all across Asia.* Log cases (phone calls, emails, text messages) to the ticketing system and provide telephone, remote and onsite support for users/stores to provide quick resolutions to problems.* Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority and nature.* Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment.* Setup AD accounts and email accounts for new hires* Inventory listing of hardware deployed to users* Participate in hardware and software reviews and recommend purchases.* Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions.* Manage technology set up for new stores

* Provide field support activities including onsite or remote support to clients including and not limited to network connectivity, network resource access, desktop clients, standard and client's applications, and hardware issues.* Deploy, configure, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot the client's server, network, sub-systems for assigned tasks.* Manage/configure desktops, deploy software and apply updates/patches to desktops, laptops and other network devices.* Performs troubleshooting and root cause analysis for reported customer issues. Works proactively to identify root cause and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.* Deployment and configuration of hardware/software for servers and workstations* Installation and configuration of backup software* Set-up and configuration of site office network* Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.* Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
