ONE Industries, LLC was a private equity-owned, global manufacturer and distributor of motocross and bicycle performance racewear and casual apparel.• Achieved the shareholders’ exit objectives by managing the sale process of the company and then successfully selling ONE Industries, LLC in mid 2013. • Led the day-to-day operations of ONE Industries, LLC with full P&L responsibility. • Redefined business processes and upgraded certain personnel in order to create internal financial controls and an operational infrastructure that could stimulate profitable growth in the future.• Assisted Sales Director in fueling additional revenue by going deeper with core dealerships, identifying underdeveloped domestic territories, and expanding the international distributor base.• Improved overall management of operational supply chain by upgrading personnel, creating standard operating procedures, reducing warehouse shipping errors, and expanding vendor matrix.• Directed the European Operations, including supervision of senior managers, foreign currency exchange management, international treasury strategies, and global supply chain management.• Led the implementation of a Demand Forecasting Inventory Model, which reduced perpetual inventory, increased fill rates, and increased inventory turns. • Restructured $30 million of debt and negotiated favorable credit agreements with City National Bank.• Raised $20 million of additional equity funding from two private equity investment firms.• Conducted monthly financial review calls and quarterly strategic meetings with Board of Directors.• Led 85 employees in many functional areas that were located in both North America and Europe.

K2 Licensed Products was a $50 million global manufacturer of sports and entertainment licensed products and was a wholly-owned subsidiary of K2 Inc., a $1.5 billion global sports products company.• Led the daily operations of K2 Licensed Products and served as Co-Head with full P&L responsibility.• Improved K2LP’s financial profitability 270% (or $4 million) from 2005 to 2007 on revenue increases of only 20% by: (1) Applying a quantitative approach to the business; (2) Managing the operational supply chain more effectively; and (3) Upgrading the Senior Management Team. • Reduced Net Working Capital 40% (or $5 million) from 2005 to 2007 by improving cash collections, expanding vendor matrix, and decreasing inventory 25% while increasing fill rates 15%.• Assisted the Sales Team in growing top-line revenue 20%.• Led 80 employees in functional areas, including Finance, Manufacturing Operations, Accounting, Information Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Customer Service, and Asian Product Sourcing.

HSBC Auto Finance was a $1.5 billion auto finance division of HSBC Holdings, the second largest bank in the world. • Managed the Financial Planning & Analysis Department. • Led the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by working closely with the Group Directors and determining key financial assumptions, including new loan volume and APRs by product channel, net charge-offs by vintage, and operating expenses by cost center. • Formed and directed a cross-functional team which developed and implemented new initiatives that generated over $800 million of new loan volume and increased the portfolio’s profitability by 10%.

Major League Soccer was the $75 million men's professional soccer league in the United States.• Prepared the monthly Consolidated Financial Statements of Major League Soccer and managed the daily operations of the Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology Departments.• Decreased MLS’s Net Operating Loss 20% (or $6 million) by leading an initiative that contracted the league from 12 to 10 teams and reduced the league office employees from 80 to 45.• Directed the day-to-day operations of the League’s and each Team’s Ticket Sales.• Participated in the financial assessment and formation of Soccer United Media, a $25 million marketing company that purchased the television rights to the 2002 and 2006 Men’s World Cups and 2003 Women's World Cup.

Madison Square Garden's Facilities Division was a $150 million division that included the MSG Arena, MSG Theater, Radio City Music Hall, and Hartford Civic Center. Madison Square Garden was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cablevision Corporation. • Prepared and analyzed the monthly financial statements for the Facilities Division. • Identified and subsequently recognized over $20 million of unbilled revenue related to the 90 luxury suites located in the MSG Arena. • Built and maintained quality relationships with over 100 suite holders and assisted them with any financial and contractual issues. • Analyzed the food/merchandise revenue and per caps for each event held at MSG Arena/Theater and completed the Flash Report for the event.

Deloitte was one of the Big Four Public Accounting Firms and was one of the largest professional services companies in the world. • Analyzed and examined the financial statements and cash flow models related to the primary operations of Fortune 500 Companies, including Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Coca-Cola. • Established strong relationships with major clients, consulted with senior management on business issues, and expanded these relationships by selling additional value-added services. • Assisted public clients with technical accounting issues related to financial reporting (Annual Report to Shareholders, Form 10-K, and Form 10-Q) for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
