1. Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials.2. Prepare reports for all materials and manage transportation of materials from one department to another and prepare all production records using the Pronto system.3. Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all materials and evaluate all materials sent to each department.4. Coordinate with all department managers to ensure accountability for all materials.5. Maintain all information for status of materials on weekly basis.6. Prepare required reports for all cost accounts and procurement to ensure compliance to all account payable requirements.7. Supervising and monitoring of equipments, i.e. crane, boom truck, etc.8. To compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of the Purchasing Department, and supports the Purchasing Manager and others as needed.9. In charge in transporting the materials in different areas or location as needed.10.Works closely with client’s representative to ensure service satisfaction. Analyzes service failures/ issues and implements performance processes to enhance future service delivery.
