During my five-month period as an Export Manager Trainee at PT Jagoan Ekspor Impor, I seamlessly navigated between remote and field environments. In the initial phase, I underwent comprehensive training covering fundamental aspects such as market research, product knowledge, and export regulations, adapting to the ever-evolving export landscape.Subsequently, I engaged in immersive field experiences alongside fellow interns and industry professionals. This encompassed gaining insights into trade laws at the Ministry of Trade, mastering logistics with Pos Aja, and conducting on-site visits to various factories to better understand market demands.A significant highlight of my internship was actively participating in the 5-day Trade Expo Indonesia event in October 2023 at ICE BSD. Managing the IKN booth, I led negotiations with international buyers, disseminated detailed product information, facilitated inquiries, and cultivated relationships with suppliers. This experience not only deepened my understanding of global trade intricacies but also allowed me to contribute substantively to the company's success.
