Forming a brand new incident management team & providing technical support for 100s of B2B partners (including Virgin Experience Days, Viator and SeatPlan) for theatre, attractions & live event ticketing platform TodayTix Group.• Coordinating an escalation path for minor, major and urgent incidents, directing processes involving internal and external teams to ensure services are restored in a timely manner• Preventing incidents from materialising into urgent incidents through remediating root causes, and by planning and documenting follow up• Prioritising incidents according to their urgency and business impact, including course correcting submitted tech tickets• Contributing to the development of Incident Management processes, tools, documents and reporting• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the right outcome is achieved and ensuring continuous improvement• Developing and delivering company-wide training to ensure efficient triage of tech tickets

A multi-faceted role - encompassing product/project management, copywriting and marketing - for the community theatre reviews platform, Show-Score (www.show-score.co.uk) -- included launching the post-pandemic version of the site's New York edition, and launching of the site's London edition as the edition's only dedicated member of staff.
