Project delivery; Delivery assurance, quality assurance, client delivery and relationship management.Strategy; Support the production planning process and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place and production targets are met; I make sure that all the staff have everything they need to complete the duties I have set themOffice Manager (2001-2008)In this role I organized and coordinated office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. I had to know everything about the company requiring complete integrity because I had so much knowledge-from core data to hiring and firing. The day-to-day duties varied, however my primary role as office manager, was to be the central point of contact for everyone within the organisation, to have an overview of many different things, an impeccable working knowledge of the business and its aims, and to pitch in wherever necessary to ensure the company operates smoothly.I had responsibilities for payroll, IT, HR and marketing. I found it to be a highly rewarding role. A lot of my job was about taking tasks away from others so they can get out and push the business forward.
