As a Branch Manager, I managed the retail sales, service, and compliance functions of 50 team members. There, I successfully managed the performance of ~15 direct reports and ~35 indirect reports. Together, we successfully served our clientele’s total financial service needs, which resulted in a greater market share, wallet share, and 15% year over year profit growth, as well as a 20% growth rate in new customer acquisition. I developed my team’s careers, leveraging their internal strengths and augmenting them as a competitive advantage. Further, I developed and administered budgets while consistently exceeding our business development goals, objectives, and performance standards. In our District, I contributed to the creation of a vital sales and service organization, leading the San Bernardino Pass District to being top insurance sales performers nationwide. I did this by peer mentoring other Store Managers to increase their insurance and small business credit production, while directly managing my individual contributors to achieve high levels of success. Additionally, I created and implemented a small business training program, activating a targeted human capital development strategy to grow the Region’s small business acquisition. Further, I lead the Inland Empire Region in a limited sales tool roll out, and advised Senior and Executive Leadership on the integration and application of said sales tool enterprise wide.

Streamlined account services, leveraging treasury management products to ensure maximum efficiency of business.
