As a marketing project manager for the marketing communications team, I support product marketing managers and other project requestors to coordinate and execute projects. Let’s face it. Being a CMR for SonyBMG was one of the coolest jobs i’ve ever had. My responsibilities included promoting artists and bands around town and campus while attending college. I went to concerts and traveled to the CMJ Music Festival every year. I created innovative and creative marketing plans for individual artists. I developed and nurtured business relationships with local music and lifestyle stores around Salt Lake City. It was truly an honor to have this job I only left because I graduated from college.
