Highly experienced in Acrylic painting and drawing and very knowledgable of various printmaking techniques such as: relief, intaglio, lithography, and planographic printing (i.e. screen printing). Familiar with ceramics and other sculptural materials. Proficient with Apple software, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop 5. Limited experience with Illustrator, PremierPro, and inDesign.

Responsibilities include: Training new bartenders and servers for Responsible Vendor Certification as per ABC regulation standards; Training new bartenders in customer service, drink mixology and general bar upkeep; Assisting in ordering bar inventory; and developing and mixing new cocktails and drink specials.
