- Experience in an environment which demands high quality and personalised customer service within the Lingerie department- Developed an in-depth knowledge of our products in order to enhance my sales technique and the customers’ experience. - An integral member to a team of a team of five that was as the runner-up in a competition for being the most successful branch across the UK selling a particular product. - Experience working in different departments, particularly when they are busy.During the Covid-19 pandemic, I worked multiple secondments to a Waitrose store to aid the business.
