At Nick Amster Inc. I field phone calls, direct incoming traffic and ensure the safety of our facility at all times by following and implementing company policies. I assist the management team in data entry (utilizing Advisor, Excel, and Microsoft Word) and organize/file our HIPPA sensitive information. I also create documentation, which is utilized daily, with attention to details found in every individual's unique service plan. However, some of my favorite job duties include my interactions with our incredible individuals with special needs who give our workplace value and meaning and assisting them in their daily living tasks when extra help is needed. While working at the front desk, I am always available to assist the building coordinator, our nursing staff, and our floor staff with any tasks they may need completed. This of course includes, but is never limited to, the minimum office work required.
