During my studies, I am currently working part-time as a customer assistant at Boots. Boots has given me lots of experience in customer service within a retail environment. From having good communication skills and always being attentive. I have also gained lots of experience such as stock handling, till work including cashing up, refunds and online online orders.

In charge of organising the day-to-day running of Bournemouth university student radio station. Also, offering support and guidance towards presenters and building on relationships. In addition, committed in present weekly entertainment, topical shows, interviews and engaging on social media platforms.

Working in both Turkey and Mallorca as an entertainer kid’s representative. Here I gained lots of experience of working overseas within a team as well as individually. The role was able to show my creative enthusiasm and being able to communicate and engage with a variety of different people and situations from PR and selling to entertaining large audiences. This was shown to be effective when exceeding weekly targets as well as organising daily activities and daily paperwork. Organised holiday clubs and weekly activities for children between ages of 6-14 year olds. I have many responsibilities, where I lead activities and made sure things are prepared and planned in advance and insure registration information is correct.

I have gained experience with dealing with members of the public, building a great rapport and forming strong relationships. I have also, had many duties performed in very busy working situations keeping good customer service. Also, been responsible in for closing the restaurant and managing others making sure everything was at a high standard and everyone is working as a team.
