As a fulltime associate, however, outside of sales, my next important responsibilities encompass the whole training process with new associates; from hiring, through teaching product knowledge, customer service, and efficient register operation, while giving continued supervision and support. I am also in charge of receiving and shipping of product in a timely manner, both physically, and electronically through the POS system. A lot of my duties are time sensitive, and managing that time is crucial for proper execution of things such as price changes, ship outs, and feedback on product to our marketing division.
