Transformed the pre-existing languages project from sporadic classes with thirty students to a structured course with four groups and almost a hundred students.Responsible for the planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of educational projects.Created an international volunteer programme, including a recruitment and selection process, which aimed to satisfy the need for volunteers, in order to maintain the various projects the organisation offers. Since 2010, the program has received more than fifty volunteers from around the world.
